King supporters Lawyers urged NBA to withdraw decision

Kathmandu , Jan. 10 : King supporters Legal Practitioners have urged the Nepal Bar Association (NBA) to immediately withdraw the decision of not inviting Chief Justice Dilip Kumar Poudel and newly appointed Justice of Supreme Court Pawan Kumar Ojha to public programmes.They have said that the decision taken by NBA has hurt the independent and prestigious image of the respected judiciary and accused the decision of being carried away by incorrect, imaginative, and illusionary accusation.
Those urging to withdraw the decision were senior advocate Kunja Bihari prasad Singh and advocates Ram Prasad Pandit, Kunti Shah, Sarita Rai, Kavita Shah, Tika Subba, Padam Niraula, Bharat Thapa, Mithilesh kumar Shah, Abadesh Kumar Shah, Khadka Bhadur Shah and Kamakhya Lalkarna.
Likewise, others advocates urging the association to withdraw the decision were Ganesh Bahadur Dhungana, Yukti Jung Lamichhane, Krishna Kumar Thapa, Kapil Adhikari, Narayan Prasad Khatri, Bikram Bahadur Kunwar, Hem Kumar Mishra, Samar Bhadur Pandey, Jagadish Chandra Joshi and Shiva Kumar KC.Similarly, advocates including Triyugi Narayan Tripathi, Manoj Kumar Chaudhary, Ganesh Pratap Rana, Netra Lal Upadhyaya, Dipak Bahadur Singh, Indra Jit Tiwari, Bhuwan Krishna Shrestha, Naresh Kumar Chaudfhary, Rekha Jha, Mohan Subba, Mohan Giri, Laxman Lalkarna, and Ugra Narayan Jha also demanded that the NBA take back the decision.
