Court building inaugurated


Inaugurating the newly constructed building of the District Court, Rupandehi, at Siddarthnagar municipality-7, Chief Justice Dilip Kumar Poudel on thrusday said it is the courts’ duty to provide justice to all without discrimination and bias. Poudel urged the juries to be honest in their work.He told it is the responsibility of the courts to provide prompt and quality justice to the people.

Saying that justice is synonymous with truth and equality, Poudel said biased and discriminatory activities don’t come under the definition of justice.

“The court and juries should always remain in favour of truth and justice”, Poudel said, adding, “The only objective of the justice system should be to provide free and fair verdicts.”
