Nepal bars Nigerians’ entry
Nepal's Immigration Department has asked the Nepali Embassy and foreign missions here not to issue visas to citizens from four African nations to visit Nepal.
According a letter signed by department director Durga Prasad Pokhrel, nationals of Ghana, Nigeria, Zimbabwe and Swaziland will not be issued Nepali visas “due to their suspicious activities in Nepal”.
However, diplomats and government officials of the four nations will be issued visas, the letter added.
Protocol section of Foreign Ministry in Nepal had circulated the letter to all embassies and foreign missions on December 31.
